    Green Tea Caffein...

I just bought some Lipton Green Tea for the caffein and I was wondering if you needed to drink it warm? I dont particularly enjoy the taste so getting it down fast is muy importante.

Why by green tea just for the caffiene? The content is only very small in green tea - you would have been better off getting coffee or even just black tea.

Green tea has stacks of health benefits and the caffiene does work synergistically with some of the other in the green tea to help with metabolism - but the caffiene should not be the reason why you drink it.

Anyway - you do not need to drink it hot. You can brew it and then drink it cold. Just take the bag out after a few minutes (or take the leaves out of the pot if you got leaves) because otherwise it will go bitter due to the tannins.
