Use healthy ingredients like whole grain bread, Natural Chicken or Turkey, LF Cheese, Mustard, and lots of veggies and you can't go wrong. By the look of your pictures you don't need to worry about a couple of extra calories, you are shredded. Good Job.

Look for whole multi grain breads as first choice and whole wheat bread as second choice. Choose lean meats and low fat cheeses, stuff it with veggies too and mustard. Just keep it healthy and yeah it's definately ok on a bulk.

    Other suggestions:
    Milk
    Nuts
    Fruits
    Raw Veggies
Protein shake w/ oats and milk

Lots of easy to grab things.
