    Energy and Weight loss

Hey guys, im wondering what would be a good setup for me. Right now im mostly just trying to lose weight by dieting and cardiovascular activity, which consists of running for about half an hour a day in the morning. Im not sure if this is enough, but I just want some light exercise.

That and a really good diet that'll give me alot of energy but keep me light. I know that is few and far between with dietary foods but im hoping something can give me the energy I need (Because im dragging through my days, and by the time I get home I'm completely drained and too tired to do what I was planning to.)

    Any help?

Also, if weight/age/size take any factor, im 16, 208 pounds, and 6"5'.

what is your current diet? my guess is that it sucks. I feel more lethary when I eat like shit then when I maintain my normal healthy diet. You are probably eating the wrong foods. And start lifting weights.

I pretty much skip breakfast and eat a good deal of chicken for lunch (about 6 strips, sorry I don't know the mass)

Then around midday I eat crap food, and then a dinner about 2 and a half hours later.

    Yea pretty sucky.
