    This Forum Dissapoints Me!!!!

I am extremely dissapointed that no one has helped me out, like 1 person which didn't help much but anyways before i joined this forum i read a lot of threads and found some good info but in my case i guess no one really cared about what i had to say or maybe that no one wanted to help me cause i'm a newbie, i don't know what it is maybe i'm wrong but i'm feeling really down that no one helped me. If no one wants to help me, fine it's not a problem i can find another forum and i'm not mad but really dissapointed.

Or maybe it is because you posted a request for someone to do all the hard work for you (that is - tell you exactly what to do and how to do it).

We can't do that for you.

If you have been reading the forum for a while then you would have noticed that no one who posts those types of requests gets this done for them! They usually get a post directing them to the stickies saying "read this, formulate a plan and post it up...."

If you had of posted a rough diet for us to look over, or if you had of posted your workout routine for us to assess or even if you had posted just a little more information about your situation (rather than "I don't do much exercise... but can I gain 25 pounds in a year?? ) then we would have had something to work with - and so you would have had a better response.

Most people on this forum have other things to do - they work or take care of a family or study. They are not going to have the time to sit down and formulate out an entire diet and training program for you for free! So if you want someone to do that for you, then you will likely have to pay them for their time.
