    Chicken Noodles And Tuna!!!!

I never like the taste of tuna but ated anyways because of the protein, well I would eat one can every day and sometimes two but I would eat it so slow. Recently I heard this huge guy telling how he eats about 3 to 4 cans a day and I was like god damm how da hell do you do that ? He told me that he would buy the noodles soup (chicken noodles, they go about 30 cents each over here) and mix it with the tuna ( of course you would have to throw away the water) ... I could eat about 3 cans every day and I have been eatin like this for about 3 weeks and im startin to gain more mass. THIS MAKES THE TUNA ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD!!!!!!! well I just wanted to share this wonderfull secret with you guys and I think im the first one to mention this here well I think, and enjoy ur tuna!!!!!!!

Anything with noodles can taste good. Doesn't mean it's healthy though.

Umm yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying. Overprocessed processed white flour! Why not whole grain pasta, spelt pasta..........white noodles are garbage, especially the raman style garbage that you buy for 30 cents.

So you don't care about fat and your health? Only getting big? That's kinda sad. Well keep up with the noodles and I'm sure you will get big........just may not be the way you want.

Yea i'm in the same boat too...I eat at least of 1/2lb of beef every day and 3 chicken breast and maybe a can of tuna to...or 4 whole eggs...It's all just to big relatively fast. I'm sure if i keep it up past the age of 30 it could get bad.

You can get away with a lot of this stuff while your young.

Well I have been skinny all my life, my parents were skinny so I am the skinny type.....and to tell you the truth Im aware that I have gained a couple of pounds of body fat but more mass than body fat.....Its pretty easy for me to lose bodyfat and I would eat less noodles later on but since im doin pretty good now I dont see why to stop......I am gonna try the whole grain pasta later on with tuna too because it sounds worth the try.

Tunafish + wholewheat macaroni + mushrooms + a little skim milk (baked in the oven) = tunafish slop (bake).....really good as a treat once in a blue.

It's the only way I can get my kids to eat tuna (you call something 'slop' and kids are all over it )
