    Is this ok?

    Right now I'm bulking but After I eat breakfast at 7:00, I'm not able to eat again until 10:30. For breakfast I have:
    5 Egg Whites
    2 Fish Oil Pills
    103g Oatmeal
    10g Almonds
    20g Canned Chicken Breast

    This totals 584 cals, 14g fat, 72g carbs, 41g protein. Is it ok to wait till 10:30 after eating this?

    I sometimes have to go 5 hours because of work. 3:30 is not bad at all.

    Looks fine to me.

    If you were really worried about the longer time gap (which, by the way, is not a long time gap!! 3.3 hrs is fine) then you could use cottage cheese instead of the chicken to have a really slow digesting protein in there.
