    PWO shake when doing weight/cardio?

I am bulking and I usually do 20-30 minutes of cardio after my weights just to keep my fat gain to a minimum. When should I have my PWO shake....right after my weights before cardio or not until after cardio?

Why not do your cardio at a different time?

In the grand scheme of things it is not going to make a huge amount of difference to you - just as long as your workouts are correctly fuelled beforehand and you immediately have a PWO shake after...

But for optimal results you could have a small protein/carb drink (more carbs than protein) that you sip during the last bit of your weights workout and just prior to your cardio and then have a smaller than normal (but still significant) PWO shake afterwards.

Why not have half before the cardio and half after the cardio?
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Well if I do cardio on my off days, what type of PWO shake should I have after 30 minutes worth of jogging or riding the stationary bike?
Also, I'd be eating a meal 1-1.5 hrs. after my PWO if that makes a difference.

If you felt you needed it then you could have a smaller PWO shake (eg: 0.25-0.33g carbs/pound body weight + 0.12-0.2g protein/pound body weight).

Personally - I don't have a PWO shake after shorter moderate intensity cardio sessions. I just have a good solid food meal.
