    So far so good? or bad?

    Okay so I just currently started my bulking diet a day ago.
    What do you think so far?

    Meal 1
    4 slices whole wheat toast - 320 Calories - 12 G Protein
    3 Egg Whites - 210 Calories - 18 G Protein
    2 Scoops Whey - 200 Calories - 34 G Protein
    Total - 730 C - 64 G Protein

    Meal 2
    2 Scoops Whey - 200 Calories - 34 G Protein
    Total - 200 - 34

    Meal 3
    2 Scoops Whey - 200 C - 34 G
    1 1/2 Cup Oats - 450 C - 15 G
    2 Cups Milk - 390 C - 24 G
    1 TBSP Olive Oil - 120 C - 0 G
    Total - 1160 C - 73 G

    Meal 4
    1 TBSP Olive Oil - 120 C - 0 G
    1 Steak .65 lbs - 842 C - 66.15 G
    1 Baked Potatoe - 163 C - 3.63 G
    Total - 1125 C - 69.78 G

    Daily Total - 3,215 Calories - - 240.9 G Protein

    2 Cups Milk - 390 C - 24 G.....1 cup milk
    1 TBSP Olive Oil - 120 C - 0 G
    Total - 1160 C - 73 G

    Meal 4
    1 TBSP Olive Oil - 120 C - 0 G
    1 Steak .65 lbs - 842 C - 66.15 G
    1 Baked Potatoe - 163 C - 3.63 G.....yams or sweet potato's are better
    Total - 1125 C - 69.78 G

    Daily Total - 3,215 Calories - - 240.9 G Protein


    add 1 or 2 more meals/snacks to this

    3200 total calories sounds fine.....200-225 protein is plenty

    Let us know where your workout fits into the equation. Then we can help you design an optimal pre and post workout meal.

    I would try to add at least one more meal to more evenly streamline your nutrient uptake, but you could probably get away with doing this.

    You are seriously lacking certain EFAs. You have some monounsatured fats from the olive oil, but you need polyunsaturated fats in the form of omega-6s and 3s as well.

    Never have a meal consisting of only protein. Also, you really don't need quite so much protein (Although it isn't really going to hurt anything).

    You have no fruits or veggies anywhere. Bad idea.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    alright thanks for the suggestions guys gimme a day and ill repost a new diet..What kinda supps do you suggest for my EFA's CowPimp?

    Sorry for the mis-spelling i meant 3 egg's, and also that day was 2% just got some skim the other day considering i ran out.

    FormanRules Meal two is my Lunch at school. I didnt only have that i had potatoes and a sandwhich but the calories and protein i dont know cause i bought it from there..

    What kinda veggies do you suggest?

    Look at the sticky. It has a "shopping list" somewhere with a list of healthy fat sources.

    You should also consider looking at the diet I put together and Emma helped critique for me. My main issue was with my balance in fat types.

    Bulking in the Near Future

    Then try to eat some fresh fruit with the whey shake....also you could have some almonds with the shake

    Again, where does your workout fit into this equation? If you're going to take the time in planning your meals, you may as well make sure that you are getting adequate pre and post workout nutrition.
