    Breakfast...carbs or protein?

As in the title, I'm wondering what to eat for breakfast. I usually drink my daily protein shake, and have an egg or two with toast. Though, should I be focusing more on carbs or protein? Thanks

You should have an adequate amount of both. However, breakfast is one time when a large amount of carbs can be tolerated pretty well because blood sugar levels are typically low first thing in the morning.

I usually like more carbs than protein in breakfast...

And as your name is 'skinny kid' I would imagine you should focus more on carbs as well.
