    need help with cutting diet

    I am a newbie here...

I was wondering if some of you experts here can give me some feedback on what I am eating today and where I can improve.

    My stats:
    150 lbs
    5'5"
    waist - 32"

    activity level:
Currently I am taking some time off from lifting because I tore a tendon last month. So currently its 3 days of cardio. I will be starting back on the weights probably early next year.

What I am trying to achieve?
    Waist size - 28 - 29"
    lower the body fat.

    I run about 1.5mi and cycle about 2mi. - - - each day

    My diet

    Meal1: 8:00am
Bowl of cereal w/ skim milk (Special K with berries)
    OR
2 egg scrambled (egg beater) w/ veggies and sausage + toast

(I usually eat the cereal... unless I am late for work, then i just get the eggs from work)

    Meal2: 12:00 noon
Sandwich with grilled chicken breast, lettuce, whole grain wheat bread, mayo.
    non fat yogurt
    sweetened ice tea

    Meal3: 6:00 pm
Another bowl of cereal w/ skim milk

    Meal4: 9:00 pm
    cup of steamed rice
Vegetable stir fry usually w/ carrots, brocolli, okra etc
and some chicken (usually grilled or made in a pan)

I usually eat 2 servings of fruit every day.
and drink about 1 litre of water.

I know i really need a lot of help with this meal. even with these 4 meals I am full all the time. I dont know how you guys eat 6 times.
