I was wondering if some of you experts here can give me some feedback on what I am eating today and where I can improve.
My stats:
150 lbs
5'5"
waist - 32"
activity level:
Currently I am taking some time off from lifting because I tore a tendon last month. So currently its 3 days of cardio. I will be starting back on the weights probably early next year.
What I am trying to achieve?
Waist size - 28 - 29"
lower the body fat.
I run about 1.5mi and cycle about 2mi. - - - each day
My diet
Meal1: 8:00am
Bowl of cereal w/ skim milk (Special K with berries)
OR
2 egg scrambled (egg beater) w/ veggies and sausage + toast
(I usually eat the cereal... unless I am late for work, then i just get the eggs from work)
Meal2: 12:00 noon
Sandwich with grilled chicken breast, lettuce, whole grain wheat bread, mayo.
non fat yogurt
sweetened ice tea
Meal3: 6:00 pm
Another bowl of cereal w/ skim milk
Meal4: 9:00 pm
cup of steamed rice
Vegetable stir fry usually w/ carrots, brocolli, okra etc
and some chicken (usually grilled or made in a pan)
I usually eat 2 servings of fruit every day.
and drink about 1 litre of water.
I know i really need a lot of help with this meal. even with these 4 meals I am full all the time. I dont know how you guys eat 6 times.
