    Vitamins?

Just started bulking like a week ago, havent lifted in months (pretty sore right now, heh). Anyway, I've got all aspects of my diet pretty much on lock, however I am pretty unsure of what kind of vitamins to take. What vitamins are best for bulking?

Good vitamins for health in general are Nature's Plus Sources of Life w/o iron.
One other thing to add would be Natures Plus Multi-Mins.

Looking into a Cal/Mag is not such a bad idea either.

I bought the GNC Mega Men multi-vitamins. They look like they have a lot of good stuff in them. I also heard they work well if you actually take them instead of just looking at the bottle.

The only thing I really lack is Iron. I take iron tablets to help with that. The only thing I don't like about GNC is the price.

Most men do not need to supplement with iron and too much iron can be damaging/harmful [which is why mens multi's do not have iron in them as you only need about half of what a female requires].
