Meal replacement shake....need a fat source

    Meal replacement shake......no blender

Have to stop using Muscle Milk.....the creatine is causing brutal cramps...

I need some ideas on how to make a shake....
I use Protein powder and skim milk...
need a fat source that tastes ok...
Will use oats for the carbs.

Can I just pop some fish oil caps with it???

How much Creatine is in MuscleMilk? I can't find the amount. I also usually get cramps from taking creatine, but I never have gotten them from taking MuscleMilk.

Most people just use fish oil caps like you said.
Or you could use some Nat. PB.

Another natural source of fat?? Take your pick:
    walnuts (or walnut butter)
    almonds (or almond butter)
    avocado
    olive oil
    flaxseed/flaxmeal
    flaxseed oil
    pecans
    sunflower seeds
    seseme seeds/tahini
    cashews (or cashew butter)
    sunflower oil
    fatty fish
hemp oil (just for cowpimp! )

    Along with MANY others....
