    Nutrition around this cardio session?

I am bulking right now and I want to incorporate a 20-30 minutes jog 2-3x a week. At 10:00 in class I'll be having a shake with 79g oatmeal, 14g whey and I will also have a cheese stick and 2 fish oil pills which is 440 cals, 10g fat, 54g carbs, and 32g protein. I plan on starting my run at 11:15 and ending at 11:45. Also, my next meal after my run is some chicken, oatmeal, skim milk, and blue berries and I can eat this meal as soon as 12:00. So do I need a scoop of whey before (since my shake was at 10:00) or after my session or should I just not have any and eat my meal at 12:00......or would the better option be to have a scoop of whey at 11:45 after my run and then wait till 12:15-12:30 to eat my meal?.....just trying to spare the muscle

doesn't really matter being that it's a reletively short period of low intensity steady state.

    Oh my god!

It is official - You are sooooo much worse than Jeepster! I swear you have asked this question (or questions with this exact same theme) a million times before and you never seem to be satisfied with the answers!!!!

Look at your Thread History and scoll through some of the threads... Here are the titles:
    Nutrition around this cardio session?
    PWO shake when doing weight/cardio?
    Meals around workouts?
    How long after PWO shake?
    After I do HIIT...
    How long after eating...
    Carbs before HIIT
    HIIT first thing in morning
What to eat b4/after cardio on cut?
    Need help with meal timing
    Meals with Cardio and Weight
What do I eat before cardio???
What should I eat after my cardio?

It really doesn't matter - it is 20-30 minutes of low intensity exercise!!! You are not going to atrophy away doing 20 minutes of cardio when you are otherwise well fed!

Just stop being overly anal about things and concentrate on the big things!
    1. eat more than you need in a sensible diet
    2. lift heavy stuff at a good frequency
    3. rest enough
    4. repeat

It really doesn't need to be any more complicated than that!

LOL......I'm really sorry about that. I really do need to stop being so anal about the little things. I guess I'm like that since I was really big about 1.5 years ago....went from 293 to 160 and now bulking up to 190. I guess I just want to get everything right. Again, sorry and thanks for all your responses.
