    Peanuts and corn diet?

I read an artical sometime ago, (I don't remember where) that said only eating peanuts and corn would be a great cutting diet. Something about metabolic rate and it has all the nutrients you need. It also said you could eat soft served ice cream. Thoughts?

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I remeber reading this somewhere, T-nation maybe? At first I thought it was a joke, then they showed a study of people on this diet versus a group of people on testosterone. The peanuts and corn group showed a dramatic increase in anabolism. I'll look for the article.

The best part is that when it comes out the other end you have the option to.......

not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear

no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Yes I heard about it, I was skeptical at first but it does have a good reason for this diet to work and to be healthy at the same time.

The theory is that GI of the peanut combined with the unmetabolic GI of the corn makes it a powerful food with enough nutrients and it acts like a slow burning food, making it perfect for cutting and it produces an good anabolic response.
Although only experienced bodybuilders can use that because there is a complicated way to eat it, so I am not going near it.

Anyone have the article? BidDyl let me know if you find it..

Yes, very unique perspective you present here. Based on the evidence, any knowledge individual cannot deny the benifits of this diet. I will find the link to the article.

I wouldnt call it a diet, but yes it certainly is great for cutting. Ive tried it twice in the past, and it skyrockets your metabolism. I literally had problems sitting still at work, which caused the end of me using the diet the first time.

The second time I got incredible results. I dropped about 6% BF(From 15% to 9%, from 192) in just over 3 weeks, and had no notable muscle loss. And this was in my prime. If you find a good link, post ot for the benefit of others here. Personally Id like to do some more reading on it myself as I originally didnt give it much though and only scanned through it

This thread lived up to the hype of the title.

A Lacrosse coach once told me the best food to eat before you get lost in the woods is peanuts and corn. Then he told me to think about it.
"my thought is you are to fixated on your BW. WHo the fuck cares if you gained water weight? Quit being such a pussy. I swear to god, the guys on this site that post in the diet forum are like bitches...."eek...I gained 3lbs overnight". Shut the fuck up. Eat food and pick heavy shit up and quit being a pussy. Are you a man or a chick?"
