4 shakes and only 3 real meals?
Real food is better than shakes.
Keep the Post WO protein shake, but change the other 2 to something better.
    Also

Meal 1: take out the banana and add in healthy fats.

Meal 7: Change to a slow absorbing protein and healthy fats.

    Others will have more advise.

w/ what myCAT said, you need to get rid of the shakes, cept pwo and get some real food. This is for 2 reasons. Food will help keep you satisfied and full longer. And whole food has a thermic effect which means the body has to work harder to digest it, in turn burning more cals.

No idea if your serving sizes are appropriate for your size but a few suggestions:

I would say this is not enough protein (not unless you are very small).
Leave the banana if you want it.
Add some healthy fats (linseed, whole egg, walnuts, PB etc).

Meal 2: Isopure Protein Shake with Milk
If you want a shake add some more stuff to it - specifically healthy fats again.
Otherwise - bump to the suggestion for real food (include lots of vegetables).

Meal 3: 1-2 chicken breast with a cup of brocolli or a Tuna Sandwich w/ Wheat bread
    Add healthy fats here again.
Bread... Well... If you are fine with bread it should be ok. Personally - I am not a fan and I would at least try to use sprouted, essene or pumpernickel.. Ideally I would replace it with legumes, whole grains or sweet potato...
    Add more vegetables too.

Meal 4 (Pre-WO): Isopure Protein Shake with water
    Add carbs

Meal 5 (Post-WO): Isopure Protein Shake with water
    Add carbs

Meal 6: 1-2 chicken breast with a cup of brocollic
    Add healthy fats here too.
    Add more vegetables.

Meal 7: Isopure Protein Shake with Water (8:00p.m) Last Meal
Use real food - whey protein is the last thing you want last thing at night. Or at least change to a casein powder.
    Add healthy fats here too.
Fibre would also be helpful in slowing digestion...
