    Diet Check

18 years old, 6'1", 190 lbs. Live in a college dorm room

    Normal Day-
    Breakfast - 8:30
1 little single serving box of shredded wheat, 1 of All-Bran (box says 130 calories for All-Bran)
2 little single serving cartons of skim milk
Approx. 3 scrambled eggs. ( I don't know if they are even real eggs...damn cafeteria.)

Tough to get enough protein at breakfast, they dont serve egg whites and I don't want to load up on too much whey powder although I could take 1 scoop on whey.

    Lunch-11:00
    2 small-medium chicken breasts
1 baked potatoe w/ little sour cream
    serving of boccoli
    3 Hardboiled egg whites

    Workout around 12:00
PWO - 48 grams protein, about 80 grams of carbs (70% maltodextin, 30%dextrose)

    2:00
1 cup of Old fashioned Oats
Tuna - 32 grams of protein
    25 almonds (light salt) - 15grams fat

    around 4:30
    Another All-Bran box W/ skim milk - 37grams carbs, 16 grams fiber, 130 calories
4 Omega 3-6-9 or Fish oil caps.

    Dinner 6:30
It changes but I will give example
    2 chicken breasts
Serving of Rice, Serving of Brocolii
    3 harboiled egg whites

    10:30
1 serving of Mega Milk W/ about 15 ounces of skim milk and 4 Omega 3-6-9 caps, Multivitamin.

Mega milk- 348 cals. 18 grams fat includes MCTs, 32g casein protein 12g carbs

I can post my training split but I'm not sure if it's necessary.

Yeah I know. Sometimes I'll get a salad w/ bell pepper slices and italian dressing . The vegetables there are horrible, not fresh and have an almost chemical after taste. I guess they trying to keep the college kids on the healthy stuff like fried chicken pieces and pizza.

Diet looks pretty clean for a college caf.

What are your current goals? Tring to bulk up or slim down or what?

I just decided yesterday that I'm not happy with the amount off fat I have. I'm going to do a short cut (my first one). Then I will cut again before summer if I want to really lean up.
I currently have no supps for cutting, not even BCAA's, and I'm not planning on getting any, but I know what I want for my next cut (all non-stimulant). I am planning on lowering carbs later in the day and reducing calories.

I lied. I tried to cut before with some Thermo-gain. I know, I was younger and stupid. It was very unsuccesful and I got addicted to caffein. I do bad with all uppers such as caffein and efedrine.
