Quick Question on Refeed....

    Quick Question on Refeed....

    Just wondering if I should do cardio on the days that I refeed? I was not sure if it would be worth it or not to do so.
    As of March 06
    Age: 20
    Height: 5'6
    Weight: 140 lbs

    Goal for May 06
    Achieve 10% bodyfat

    It won't hurt but it's not necessary.

    IMO it would be much more beneficial doing a really good weights workout on a refeed day (or resting on a refeed day and doing the weights the day after) rather than doing cardio... Why waste all those calories on cardio?

    Ya that is what I was thinking Emma. I have chest day tomorrow, so I will spend them there lol.
