    Cranberry Juice

    Hey,
I'm going onto a cycle soon, and I plan on drinking cranberry juice EXTRACT every day for just the safety of those kidneys.

But I can't find any EXTRACT.
I bought a version with only 30 percent of the juice..... only because I couldn't find the actual extract.

Do stores sell the juice in extract form? I don't want to take the pills for it, and I'd rather have one glass a few minutes before dinner every day.

Would one glass be enough for the kidneys? I have heard not to worry to much about the kidneys, but I do want to stay in health.

Where can I buy cranberry juice extract? Is it a special order item? And how many glasses a day should I drink? And when? Not at night time because of the sugar, right?
