Reducing cals after bulk?
After I reach 190 lbs, I plan on starting to cut. At the end of my bulk, I'll be at 3300 calories a day. How should I adjust my calories when transitioning to a cut? I plan on taking a week off in between bulking and cutting if that matters.

Sup Dawg?
I would think you would want some sort of bridge between your bulking and cutting cycles, an "anabolic bridge" if you will. Maybe start dropping the cal's slowly, and transition into the cut. |
