    No, it's not even remotely OK. Not in any sense of the word is it "OK." This is even more true if you're bodybuilding.

    You should eat 5 or 6 times a day and you should focus on real food. You really to need to read up on the basics of nutrition.

    i think that would be somewhere along the lines of an eating disorder
    consider that you are also more likely to binge and sabatoge (excuse spelling) your diet.

    multi vitamins can not satisfy your body like a balanced meal can
