Have you taken measurements before and after? You probably think you look the same as you did last week but you've probably changed a lot.
Well not sure who's been following my progression.. But i started the year around 143, 5 meals a day, 7 days a week, 3 monthes later i'm at 156.. The amazing thing is i can't tangibly notice that much difference. I mean i'm definitley bigger in some muscle areas, but i don't look fatter. I doubt i gained 13 lbs of pure muscle, so why is it hard for me to tell i gained the weight?
Simple rule.....know your waist measurement....if it goes up you have gained fat.
Keep a log of your: weight and all your measurements....take them at the same time and under the same circumstances every time you check them....I do them all once a week or so always right when I wake up.
