yes im asking advice

Well, since i moved, i have gained maybe five pounds...deinfately not in muscle
so i pretty much fell like scum
anyway
it is due to the fact that my parents dont eat the same as me, when i lived in lehtbridge me and my "guardian" were both dieting. the other reason being i always had to bike like 8 miles to my job in leth n back n i would hit the gym on my way back home


well, i dont really have any excuse for gaining weight but i need to revamp the ol plan

my diet sucks ass right now, im not eating enough and what i do eat is not very "nutritional" and ive kinda fallen off the ol exercise plan


advice for cardio...
advice for diet...
advice for weight routine...


im not a beginner so yah, im fine with some intensity


i kinda wanna lose it quickly before i visit lethy again

Make a proposal of what your plan is for people to critique

Cardio is the key 45mins 5 times a week would be my theory, there are dozens of theories on dieting but watch what kind of fats your intaking and stay away from sugars and white breads and pasta so insulin doesn't make you gain weight. Remember without consistancy you might as well not do anything (that means no cheating).

Then you'll look good for whomever you're trying to look good for

As far as weight training goes, it all depends on what there is available to you. Gym near by? Have some equipment at home? Heck even doing some pushups, dips, lunges, and things of that nature would be a good place to start. I've known folks who only do these types of exercises and have great results along with some cardio and a good diet plan. It's like Tier said, consistancy is what's going to give you the best results.

well lemme give you some insight into my workout before i moved here
6 days a week, cardio 45 minutes+
5 days a week, hour of weight training
my job was at a barn, alot of lifting

diet
same thing everyday, roughly 1300 calories, moslty from protein

no im lukc if i gte 3 days of cardio with 2 days of weights. yes theres a gym close by though. iono. i need some motivation or something to follow

I know this sounds gay, but I suggest making a specific a goal or two.....such as losing the 5 pounds of fat you gained. Also type or write down when and what you are going to do for the day as far as cardio or weights go. As for motivation....I think that if someone want to do it they will, and vice versa.

P.S. The douche in your sig. has no upper lip.

There's your motivation in your own words. I paraphrased it a little bit. You don't like the way you feel (good reason or motivation to workout) and you want to lose weight (another great motivator). And it's like Nate said, set yourself a goal. Without one, you're just going through the motions. As far as eating goes, if your folks won't help you by making healthy meals or even buying the groceries that are healthy, do it yourself.

thanks for the advice. i needed some motivation. im gaining and it's horrible. i went to the gym last night did some good power quats n that jazz. really intense cardio to. i think im gonna start doing my cardio in the morning again

haha well i did my legs
i always do legs first when i havent trained for awhile. they burn the most n it makes it feel like ive actually done something

i did my power squats, piles, lunges, those donkey kicks. extensions....etc. you get the idea.

i just dont want to get really muscular anymore. i used to want to...
