    Cutting Diet

    Ok, I'm about to start cutting after bulking from 164 to 190. I am about 20% bodyfat but this isn't bad b/c I was about 16-18% when I started. This is my cutting diet. Any suggestions?

    Workout Days
    7:00--Pre Workout
    5 Egg Whites
    85g Oatmeal
    30g Canned Chicken Breast

    459 cals, 6.5g fat, 58.5g carbs, 40.4g protein

    9:30--Post workout shake
    60g Oatmeal
    40g Whey
    5oz Banana

    483 cals, 6g fat, 66g carbs, 41g protein

    10:30--PPWO
    4 Egg Whites
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    45g Oatmeal

    328 calories, 3.3g fat, 44g carbs, 30g protein

    4 Egg Whites
    2 Fish Oil Pills
    30g Canned Chicken Breast
    50g Frozen Mixed Veggies
    1 Whole Wheat Pita

    328 cals, 4g fat, 40g carbs, 31g protein

    TOTALS 2612 calories, 58g fat, 278g carbs, 243g protein

    Nobody responded but it's ok b/c I decided to change some things so if anyone could comment on this cut. I plan on getting up to 195-200 before I start to cut.

    Get rid of the canned meat, frozen veggies are ok though.
