    Post diet

Ok I came off my cycle 3 weeks ago ( test 400mg a week, deca 450mg a week, T-3 100mcg a day).....and also got lazy with my diet at about the same time......So my strict diet was 8 weeks long.

So here is whats weird.....I'm still losing fat and I'm stronger????
I do eat good 80% of the time but now I cheat almost every other day....so how the hell can I still be losing fat??

Note I'm not 16 so I don't have the amazing ability to grow muscle just by thinking about working out...or lose fat by just skipping 1 meal at Mc Donalds once a week..

I'm not complaining....just wondered if their was a logical explanation.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

were you dieting when you were on cycle? Were you hyper caloric for a long time?

A cheat meal every other day isn't going to make that much of a difference, unless you are talking 2K calorie binge meals. In fact, it might even be beneficial if you are eating a low-moderate carbohydrate diet in order to get leptin levels back up.

I was only eating 3000 cal while on cycle.....probably only 200 carbs a day...
I lost 15lbs of fat on cycle but now I seem to be losing it even faster....and still getting stronger...and now am eating 400-500 carbs a day......protein and fat about the same as on cycle..

maybe you were undereating while you were on cycle and now that you have raised your cals to a higher amount your metabolism is up-regulating? I have had things like that happen to me before.
