Do a search for once man. No on ever searches...and there's like 10 threads about this.
Anyway, as far as I can remember it contains precursors to estrogen.
And studies have shown that it can increase the chance of prostate cancer in men.

That means your peepee will fall off.

i could be totally wrong here, but personally i have no problem with taking in soy protein in moderation, and find that the estrogen-like effects are overblown. from what i've read, soy provides general health benefits that cannot be obtained from whey or casein. so, from most to least, i consume whey, casein, then soy. why attack from two directions when you can attack from three?

The most recent finding suggest that there is no change in estrogen blood levels from the consumption of phyto-estrogens found in soy and other foods. These studies are in the process of being published, and should be available to the public very soon. There are some studies that show behavior changes in monkeys, but you would be pretty pissed if your diet suddenly changed to tofu and miso for every meal.
