I have just come to terms with myself that I want desperatly to get more mass. I am currently on my first quater or my Methyl-drol cycle and have just realized that i need to eat alot more.. I feel that my recovery time is being hurt because of my lack of calorie intake. I just dont know what to eat to get to my 3600-4000 calorie a day diet. What foods can i eat as a snack and just how much a day do i have to eat? I am 21 years old. 5'-9" have weighed 180 for a while now and have taken a 4 week cycle of tribulus and now am 2 weeks into my methyl-drol cycle. I want to get massive.. i mean fuckin massive, All i need now is the diet.. Any of your daily routines for eating will help. I just am clueless to what and how much of things i have to eat. I have been training 3-4 times a week. I have noticed muscle gains and some fat loss because of my hard wrkout routine and the lack of food I have been eating.. I have been doing this opposite lately, I now want to do this right.. GIDDY UP.
