    Egg Whites

How important are egg whites? Egg Whites don't seem to agree with me so I'm going to switch my morning egg whites with homemade 99% lean ground turkey sausage. Am I missing any benefits from not eating egg whites?

They are a good source of protein. Are you having them raw?

Hmmm.. generally gas issues come into play when the yolk is involved. At least for me. You could leave them out and see if it makes a diff. It could be something else taht you are eating with them, maybe.

The turkey sausages will increase your fat intake as egg whites donot contain fat.

Removing egg whites is not going to cause you any problem at all.
