Dont do it with the intention of gaining weight fast (also depends on how fast do you consider fast). You will gain more fat than muscle. Study the sticky 'Guide to....' which will greatly help you to set up your diet. Then post the diet with all cals and macros and your stats for a critique.

Sounds like you have a lot of difficulty gaining weight. Being 18 isn't going to help that since you metabolize is probably as high as it ever will be in your life.

This doesn't mean it can't be done though. You are just going to have to eat, eat, eat. Lots and lots of healthy foods. Record everything you eat everyday in something like www.fitday.com and keep a track of you weight and measurements. Once you know how many calories you eat a day, you will know how much you have to eat. If you aren't gaining weight, add 200 calories a day. A week after that if you still haven't gained weight, add another 200 calories. Keep on adding more calories every week until you see the weight starting to rise. Then you will know how much you need to eat and you can stick to it. Then lifting weights 3 times a week will help that weight be targetted to muscle instead of fat.

Post what you eat in a day and you will get lots of responses

Eating enough healthy foods = weight gain.

Lifting means muscle gain instead of fat gain.

Are you SURE you are 135 and 6'8?? Because 6'8 is about 205cm... and that would put your BMI at about 14.5.. Which is the point at which you would be hospitalised and close to death (generally speaking - anything under a BMI of about 16 is classified as being medically 'at risk' - and your doctors/parients would have you in the hospital before you could say "anorexic"...

If this IS the truth then you don't need to work out, you don't need a 'diet' and you certainly do not need to be getting information of an internet chat board.

So get off the internet and go and get professional help.

You need to get yourself to a doctor or a hospital and you need to be carefully re-fed under medical supervision. You are at risk of overloading your heart (which would be severely compromised at this point) and causing yourself to have a heart attack.

Next year i'm trying out for the Police Academy, and I don't wanna be the skinny guy, plus I love exercicing. I bought Multivitamins, Flax Seed Oil, No Xplode, and Cell Tech. But without a good diet all of this is useless. So what 6 meals u guys think i should eat daily????

The sticky is some great info. Simply reading it will not help, you really have to study it and use it as a reference.

Of all that stuff, the multi is a good idea. Flax oil is ok, but you would be better off with Fish oil caps (6-8 caps a day spread through out the day). The rest, not really required. Next time, ask/research before you buy

Everyone works out their own diet to suit their lifestyle, likes and dislikes. This is where the guidelines in the sticky are very helpful. You might find these pointers helpful.

Considering your stats, you may not need a strict diet. Just eat and make healthy choices and train hard and you should start to see gains.
