Ezekial Bread
Is this stuff really low gi, and a good carb source? seems perfect for me since its low gi and its a complete protein.
I've been having 2-4 slices a day, do you think its ok to have on a cut? Seem's almost perfect to me, but does anyone know the GI of it? It says LOW GI certified on the package. Ingredients: *Organic Sprouted Wheat, *Organic Sprouted Barley, *Organic Sprouted Millet, Malted Barley, *Organic Sprouted Lentils, *Organic Sprouted Soybeans, *Organic Spelt, Filtered Water, Fresh Yeast, Sea Salt. |
