    i hope there's a better answer out there, but, for me, if the beer doesn't include how many calories it is on the label, i assume that means it is a butt-load. light beers, on the other hand, seem to fall in the 90-130 calorie range.

    uhh....don't drink beer...or any alcoholic beverage for that matter....right now I'm bulking hardcore style and I'm puttin some fat on in the process...but a lot of empty calories from things like junk food and alcohol will put nothing BUT fat on you....

    Click here
    Then select which one is closest to what you drink out of:
    Alcoholic beverage, beer, light, BUD LIGHT
    Alcoholic beverage, beer, light, MICHELOB ULTRA
    Alcoholic beverage, beer, light
    Alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, BUDWEISER
    Alcoholic beverage, beer, regular

    But by the look of it:
    Light = 350g (12 fl oz) is ~100 cals
    Regular = 350g (12 lf oz) is ~140 cals
