I'm not sure what it is, but I have a hard time waking up in the morning..

I work all day, most every day, but its not incredibly hard work. I then proceed to my workout, eat a meal, then wait a few hours, eat another meal, then go to sleep.

I sometimes sleep for 12 hours. I know can't be good for me, and I tell myself I'm gonna just do 8... but when the morning rolls around, I love sleeping in.

What's wrong? Bad diet maybe? or worse, could be depression.

Anyone else have this problem? It's never been this bad for me.
