so you're done with bulking and now you just want a diet thats gonna make you huge right? what did you think a bulking diet was for?
I am done bulking up at 235 lbs, WENT A LITTLE TOO FAR WITH IT LOL! But I need to know what the best diet would be for me to get huge!! I work out 5 or 6 times a week and run a mile everyday. When I was in high school I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain anything but now it's different. What kind of diet should I go on? What kind of food should I eat and how often. any info will be greatly appreciated thanks.
