    What kind of carbs go with whey?

    I take my whey protein in my post workout meal around 6:00pm, What kind of carbs should go with this? ( sugar carbs, fiber carbs, etc.)

    either dextrose, maltodextrin, honey (if you have no other options), and some people swear by oats... but I dont like them in my PWO shake at all, oh yah and bananas arent too bad either... but they arent really needed
    Who needs OTC supplements other than Vitamins when theres so much god damned FOOD!?!?!

    yes you sure can... but its only recommended pwo only... otherwise ull get some unwanted results

    Yes you can - you can eat it when ever you want as long as it fits into your daily totals...

    (although carbs are usually better off being consumed around your workouts or when you are active and need the energy).

    check the additional ingredients of your nature valley bar...loads of fun . in addition, fruit isn't optimal PWO due to the conversion process. best kept for pre-workout or a different time of the day.

    Actually - a little fructose PWO is a good thing... Helps to restore total body glycogen....

    Also, you have to remember that fruit is not all fructose - depending on the fruit you will only get between 2 and 10g per serve - and so you also get a variable amount of glucose, starch, sucrose (yes, it is half fructose too), and other sugars.
