    re-adjusting food intake

    hey everyone, i am back again. i have been losing weight lately and do not know why, maybe because i am growing, but i have not grown since i was 14 and i am now 18.so i switched my diet a bit.meal 1 430 am - wake up slam 40 grams whey protein with 10 grams glutamine, also take vitamins.meal2 530 am - 2 whole eggs 8 egg whites, 4 servings oats, one banana, 2 cups skim milk.meal3 830am - 1 can tuna, 2 oz almonds, 4 whole wheat bread, 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup carrots.meal4 1130am - 40 grams whey protein and 80 grams carbs from things like rice or oats, banana.meal5 230pm- 8oz lean ground beef, (96/4 beef), 2 whole wheat buns and a baked potatoe, green beans.meal6 530 pm pre workout, serving creatine, 40 grams whey protein 2 cups whole milk, 2 cups rice.meal 7 postworkout, 40 grams whey creatine glutamine, 10grams bcaa. meal 8, before bed i have 40 grams casein protein mixed in water, with glutamine.this is 550 grams carbs,375 grams protein, 100 grams fat, alot of good fats.i also take 4 grams of aakg 3 times a day, 10 grams of bcaa powder 4 times a day, glutamine 3 times a day, creatine 2 times a day. and i use flax oil for extra good fats.i weighed like 274 2.5 months ago now i am 254, i havre lost some body fat but i am afraid muscle has gone to. maybe i was over training.

    i go to bed at around 8 30 or 900pm, but this is on the days i work, on days off i get up at like 930 or 10-00, and crash at midnight

    sorry bout my typing, i wanted to know what to do to get my mass back, i mean a 20 pound drop for no reason. maybe eat more but i do not know, any ideas?
