    carrot cake

It's healthy because it has carrots in it, right? I just ate a rather large piece, and I want to make sure it was a healthy snack. Carrots are supposed to be good for you. It had some nuts in it too.

i suppose you could make the argument that carrot cake is <marginally> less bad for you than, say, chocolate mousse cake (if that's the name of a cake). but that's a far cry from saying it is good for you!
