what diet?
Nope none! It's my free meal. Last thing I want to do is feel guilty afterwards. So I don't worry about it and I don't think about it. I just do it.

To answer the 'how often' question - lately too much. And since it's my bday, the cheating will continue. I'm turning it into a birthday week I think. They say calories don't count on your birthday, is that true?
I don't know if it is true about the calories....But, happy birthday anyway.Originally Posted by Thunder

I allow for a few hundred calories of freedom food daily. I also allow for a few days of multiple cheat meals each week. Usually, I end up taking advantage of the freedom food 3 out of 5 days each week. On the weekends, I cheat on maybe 1-2 meals each day. I might be a little more strict when I am cutting, but bulking or maintaining this seems to work fine.

once a week i have a cheat meal which is a sunday roast i have some type of meat gravy 2 potato's and lots of veg, broccoli and red cabbage
And i still feel bad
Gonna start cutting it out soon though
i need one every 7-10 days or ill get very depressed
I usually do a small ice cream once a week..maybe a drink.. That's about it - except for yesterday (we were out of town all weekend) coming back on the plane and had a turkey sand no mayo (not bad) and yogurt & berries (not bad) oh yeah,, then came the m & m's, peanuts and pretzels.....
Oh well, it was only a brief eating meltdown....
I'm much better today![]()
