How often do you guys cheat on your diet?

So I came off my usual cottage cheese/oatmeal/tuna/beans diet today and had a buffalo chicken sandwich and 6 reese's cups and I'm feeling bad about it

Do you guys have a cheat day or how often do you guys usually have something you know you probably shouldn't?

Don't judge yourself, let your body be the judge. If you feel great physically than a cheat is no big deal. As for me I just feel like crap if I eat junk so I don't.

Instead I let myself have a real bagel instead of a whole wheat bagel or something like that a couple times a week and that keeps me satisfied. Listen to your body, i'll tell you what it wants, just don't feel guilty after....you workout hard enjoy it.

I cheat all the time, but it's to have things like Steak, or Arby's beef and cheeder, or burbon chicken and mashpotatoes. Not stuff like candy, coke, or chips.

whenever my coach lets me. right now it's two meals a week, i try not to stray outside of that but it happens every once in a while. don't worry so much about it. you can't fix what's already done so focus on looking ahead.

as an aside, i'm not such a big fan of a cheat 'day'. an entire day dedicated to cheat meals can set you back quite a bit (or me at least...) while a meal will not.

    I cheat whenever I get a chance. j/k
2 out of my 3 main meals are brought to me by other folks, so I'm at their mercy as to what I eat. I tell them what kind of stuff to get, and they get what they can for me. But I endulge in some ice cream at least once a week, after my lunch.

BBing is a huge step up from figure physically and chemically but you dont need me to tell you that, it is a big decision though.

    I don't follow any

A cheat meal is just that! You have a single meal that you cheat and eat whatever. The only thing that I do is make sure that this meal is in the evening. This way I don't get aggravated and cheat all day and make it a binge day. If I save it to later in the evening and be good during the day then I won't ruin my whole diet

    I'm a freak of nature.

I don't cheat. Like Wolfie I'm allowed to have two a week, but choose not to.

I just don't have the need/craving to do so.

it is getting harder n harder for me to enjoy cheat food. i just ate a few peanut m&ms my son gave me and sweet stuff is sickeningly sweet now and other "bad" stuff seems like it's going to just slam the brakes on any progress.

Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!

You don't even make a conscious limit on the amount? Or fat intake? I did a rough calc on one of my cheat meals. Normally they are "reasonable" but this time we dined out at a greasy chinese restaurant with the folks. I estimate over 5k cal on that one meal. Although I felt great after the meal, the numbers when I crunched it made me sick! I bet if I had "binged" it would be easily double that if not more....
