You should definately be fine on 3K diet. With Xmas coming soon too that will add some cals![]()
There is no way of saying "Yes, you will get to 185" you need to go through trial and error. Eat the 3K and adjust as necessary. If you arn't gaining enough then increase. If you are gaining too much then decrease........
That is all there is too it
Oh and a cheat meal a week is perfectly acceptable on a bulk![]()
