    orange juice? if i wanted to eat a ton of sugar, i would just eat a candy bar. at least that tastes good.

    Eating real vegetables is better - more fibre, nutrients, phytochemicals, water etc etc... Once you take out most of these things and squeeze the vegetables into a juice you are mostly just concentrating their sugar content.

    Sure - it is healthier than soda... but water is better for you...
