Fat Free for regular cheese or if you fat count permits - hard cheeses such as parmesean, romano. Other good ones are blue cheese and feta cheese but in small quantities.

They sell a very good non-hydrogenated, low fat cheese at Whole Foods. I will get the name for you tonight when I am there.

1 teaspoon of feta goes along way to making an otherwise boring fatfree salad, tasty.
