Exclamation Anybody else have a hard time choking down last two meals?!?

More of a gripe than a question

Lately I've had the hardest time choking down my dinner and evening meals.

I eat 6 meals and a recovery drink spaced about every 3 hours. All the good stuff, lean protein, starchy carbs, fiberous veg, some fruit. I weigh 269 and have been maintaining under 7% body fat for the past 6 months, while slowly adding lean body mass....about 8 lbs in the same period. So my diet seems to be spot on.

I wake up kinda hungry....then after my workout I'm starving all day and I eat. It's just when it comes to dinner, I have to force it down.

Maybe I'm just sick of the food I'm eating and need to cheat a little more. I'm a top notch chef for gods sake... I know how to make it taste good... I'm just sick of it all by the time night comes around.

    Anyboby else go through this???

pengers84 Are you a competitive bodybuilder?

No, just really into fitness...My stats probably sound better than I look, But I am my own worst critic, used to have a weight problem years ago and the skin around my mid section never fully streched back. My trainer keeps telling me to go get a tuck.....when he pinches with calipers it goes down to 2.5 -3 mil anywhere on my stomach, but my abs don't look "ripped"

    ASSPUNCTURE hrt?

    theraputic dosage by most standards.

ForemanRules What kind of cycles do you do???

10 week cycle of cyp. enanth. deca blend @ 300 ml/ week . seems to do the trick. I could push alot more but, its going to be a long term thing. I have been diagnosed with hypogonadism.. off my levels of total test are in the 60s...free test was 13 last blood work.

I've got a good relationship with my endocron. but since I don't have any desire to compete I keep the dosage as low as possible so I can tolerate it long term.

The only meal I normally have trouble getting down is the 3rd meal out of 6.... I have no idea why either... Depending on what I eat, I can be hungry 10 minutes after a large meal, or satisfied for hours... Strangely, I tend to be more hungry the more I eat...
