    A little advice / help

Well as some of you may know I'm new here, my routine and training is pretty much set but the only advice I need is on my diet. I am trying to bulk up to at least 150 lbs.. I haven't weighed myself in a while but either way I would just like a few tips on how to put on weight..without gaining fat...obviously im staying away from fried foods, sugar ( as much as possible at least, I mean I'm only 15, its hard to totally avoid sweets ).. but anyways any advice would be great

    thanks guys

just eat man, dont go crazy trying to eat all the right foods. your body is still certainly growing and the more eats the better. I have said this about 5 times in the last 3 days, but I cant stress it enough, if you want muscle, eat. There are tons of foods out there. Lift hard and eat "good" things, you dont have to eat like a weight watcher. Throw some food back, your muscles will do the rest!
to put on weight you need some fat. dont be scared of it, it is your friend!! Drink water also. Keep up the Intensity!! Giddy Up.

Read the stickies, then make up a diet post it and the mods will give you some tips. That seems to be the best way.

yea you're too young to concern yourself with a strict diet. Just eat sensibly.
