    Eating Healthy

Hey guys, love the forum, but I was wondering what I should eat to have more energy and help me build my body. I dont want to take any supplements and I havent for 2 and a half years of weight lifting. I would appreciate any comments and I know that you guys know what your talking about; thats why I always visit this site.

Lean meats, like chicken, fish, and steak. Also some veggies like broccoli, spinach, squashes, brown rice.

I would get a protein supplement.. lifting without taking whey isnt the smartest move

More energy usually means more fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Building muscle mass means more calories than you are burning while making sure you have enough protein.
