    Diet experts, IN HERE NOW!

    ok, here is the problem:

right now im running on a low budget. there is food at home, but everything is regular. nothing is whole wheat, or lean. just normal. I dont usually like to eat in the morning, I dont know why, I been like this since I was a kid. then I usually eat a big meal. and then dont eat for a long time, then another big meal and thats about it for the day. so I dont know how to divide meals through out the day because I dont know what to eat.

can anybody tell me what a good breakfast would be? thanks.

first of all, like i just said, tell us what you normally eat. you have the same schedule most of the time, so that means you proabaly eat the same shit often.

Big breakfast, meal, meal, meal, meal, smaller meal.

breakfast: lots of complex carbs, your body has been fasting for 8 hours (sleep) feed it.

loz a good step is to just start eating breakfast.

    "diet experts, in here now?"

Ever heard of stickies and the internet?

If you're not willing to do you're own homework, what is the point of even pondering?
