    I think he means he mixes the coffee sugar and milk together - not the eggs. I call that a latte.

    And, yes, terrible breakfast! mayo and crackers?

    Butter/mayonaise= bad
    sugar=bad
    crackers?
    eggs are ok, should probably have 1 or 2 whole, the rest egg whites.

    It's the clear runny stuff inside the egg (whatever is inside the shell of the egg minus the yellow yolk - the yolk is where the fat is)

    Another way to explain it - when you make sunny-side up eggs, the egg whites are the white portion.

    2 whole eggs and 6 white will be good, crackers have trans fats, and mayo and crackers is discusting. 2 whole eggs, 6whites, skim milk, zap the sugar and add splenda, instead of crackers eat whole wheat toast, or just the bread. switch to low fat stuff, like miracle whip light, only 1.5 grams fat, and .5 is polyunsaturated.

    That may be one of the worst breakfast idea ever.....crackers with butter or mayo? The eggs are fine, the coffee and milk is fine, i would get rid of the sugar.

    Try this for breakfast, get a carton of quaker old fashioned oats, mix half a cup with 1/2 cup water or milk, cook, mix in a few egg whites or a scoop of protein powder, or both and eat. Maybe some berries or some natural PB. Now that is a damn good breakfast!

    I think he was referring to the natural sugars found in the fruit and the milk.

    I think LAM makes a tuna shake with orange juice. It's his "tropical" version of his Tuna V8 Shake.
