    i'm not a big fan. some are better than others though. be sure to check the additional ingredients.

    The problem with yogurt is that it is sometimes hard to find a good brand. It all depends on what you are using for, pre-bed, with a meal and so on.

    not bad if you get somehting that is plain without any added garbage. Fage seems to be a pretty good brand (the plain one that is).

    I know Emma encourages people to have yogurt in their diets. Of course it the no sugar added, fat free kind.

    Fantastic stuff... Really it is... The health benefits it offers are only just being discovered.

    But it has to be the proper stuff - the fat free, no added sugar, no added fat, live-and-active culture stuff.

    I definitely feel it has its place in a healthy diet. Of course, as already stated, you want the natural stuff with live cultures and without lots of added garbage. Dannon 6-packs don't count.
