    Carb Cycling Question.

I have been bulking up for a while, and now its time I need to lose some body fat. I was told about carb cycling by a member on these boards and I have read about it and I will be doing it, but just want to know who has done it and some suggestions for it.

How much water should i be drinking during all of this?

What about my lifting what should my reps and sets be like?

If you are talking about Twin Peak's Carb Cycling plan, then yeah, I used it. The only time I ever competed and I used this plan. It works well if you follow it correctly.

    5-6L

Reps depends on your goals, you want size or strength?

I have the size I want for now, I just need to get more muscle definition. Bulking up has put fat on me and I want to get rid of it before I start to bulk up. I don't want to go on a hardcore cutting plan just yet just want to shed some fat.

    Hey Jodi

When you were on the TP cycling plan, what was your timing like for your high carb day and workout? How long was it between your pre and post workout meal, relative to the workout?

    Yea carb cycling kicks ass!
