I'm 145 pounds, 5 feet 7 inches, have about a 32/31 waste and by the eye ball I would guess I have 9-12% body fat. Basically if I want to start losing a little bit more weight (trying to get those abs to come out all the way), how many callories/carbs/fats should I be eating daily? Many <3's to helpers.
