    diet and creatine questions for maintaining my weight for wrestling

    i was wrestling 215lb weight class and im now dropping down to 189lb weight class and i currently weigh 192lbs , and i need help on what foods should i stay away from and my main sport is football and is it a good idea to still take my creatine during wrestling season and still make my 189lb weight, i take 80 grams of creatine?

    80grams a day? That seems like a lot of creatine. Why not try taking 5g a day.

    didnt he just write another thread on what to do to add strength in football.

    bro i said way to much creatine,i use 10 grams a day, and i am 70 pounds heavier than you. your body can only absorb so much. plus your kidneys will give out from that. too much is not good here. or anywhere for that matter. eat tons, take your multi, things like nitric oxide, glutamine, amino acids, protein powder, and things of this nature.
