Try it and see, honestly, what do you have to lose? We can all tell you we love it, but thats what we think. I personally dont taste a difference between whole grain pasta and regular. There is a difference between brown and white rice, but it doesnt taste any worse. I add some curry and whatnot and it tastes good. Make a little bit and eat it, its a lot simpler and better than waiting for peoples responses which have different tastes than you.

Seems like the brown rice that I have tried has a whole different texture. After taking CEE I think I can get by the taste of just about anything but the texture of brown rice makes it seem like I'm chewing on glue or something.

I grew up eating white rice almost every single day of my life up until I was about 12-13yrs. old. Personally I cannot STAND the texture of it. It almost seems like I am eating oatmeal instead of rice. Its good though because I ususally end up eating a whole lot less of it than I would if it were white rice.
